STOCK STATUS & DELIVERY TIMES

Are all items in stock and shipped immediately?

AZULA has a lot of items in stock, but not all can be despatched immediately. We want to offer our customers a wide collection. So we also offer items we can ship within some time after we have received them from our suppliers. We do our best to keep those delivery times as short as possible and we inform our customers on the expected delivery times for each product/size. Just select the size from the item of your choice and you will see the delivery time immediately. In case we cannot meet this advertised delivery time we will let you know and you have the right to 10% discount on your order. Just let us know. 

How can I pre-order?

As soon as we have selected our items for a new years collection we show them in our preview collection. This means the items can be pre-ordered, but it will take at least weaks or months before we can ship them to you. You can pre-order (only) items from the preview collection. This means that we reserve the item in your size for you.

As soon as our suppliers are ready to ship the new collection to us, we will send you an e-mail with a reminder to pay the order. You are free to cancel your pre-order any time. It will just give you the chance to make sure you get the bikini of your choice, in the right size, before it is sold out.

Of course you can return or exchange a pre-ordered item as well. Just like items from the 'normal' collection.

KEEP IN MIND; A pre-order can only be placed for items that are in the Preview collection with a pre-order label. If you want to order both items from the current and from the preview collection, please split the order up in to two separate orders.

What do the stock status & delivery times mean?

If we say 'we ship in 5 days' it means we can send off your parcel in 5 days. All stock status & delivery times count from the moment we receive your payment. Most paymentmethods are 'Real time' , meaning we get a payment confirmation almost immediately. But a banking transfer for example can take saveral days. In that case the delivery times below start counting from the moment we receive the payment, You will receive a confirmation of us receiving your payment automatically.

For each country a parcel takes a few days to arrive after we have shipped it. See table below.

If you order more than 1 item the longest delivery time goes for the complete order. For example: you order a bikini that can be shipped right away, and in the same order you have ordered a bikini with a shipping/delivery time of 5 days. This order will be shipped by us 5 days after receiving your payment.

AZULA ships to most European coutries. During checkout you can choose your country and you will get the shipping costs and payment methods offered for that country.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

AZULA ships with PostNL and its shipping partners. All our parcels are shipped under 'sign for acceptance' so make sure your shipping address is an address where someone can accept your parcel. If anyone signs for the arrival of your package AZULA has officially delivered the order. If your parcel goes missing after it was signed for we cannot be held responsible. Can I call AZULA?

AZULA is just a little organisation and our webshop is open 24/7. We simply cannot be available those same hours. Therefore we have no customer phone number. BUT we make sure we respond to e-mails or chatquestions we receive as soon as we can. Most of the time that is immediately but sometimes it takes a few hours.

If you have questions about your order you can log in to your account or go to your order status to see what the status of your order is.

If you have questions on fit or sizing see our customer service page with information on fits and sizing also for specific figure-types.

I do not receive any e-mails from AZULA?

All transactional e-mails are sent automatically. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after ordering or any e-mail after that, our e-mails are probably blocked by tour SPAM filter. Make sure to add our domain to your accepted list.

PAYMENTS & MONEY BACK

What payment methods are available?

We offer several payment methods such as credit cards, paypal, IDEAL, Mistercash, Sofot Uberweisung and more. All our transactions go through the secured payment platform from MultiSafepay.

AZULA does not get bank account numbers or credit card details. They all stay secured at MultiSafepay.

How and when do I get my money back after a return?

As soon as we receive a returned package we will confirm this via an e-mail to you. We will take care of the refund mostly on the same day, but surely within a few days.

The refund goes to the account the payment came from. So please check the right account.
The alterative accountnumber from the returnsform, we only use when the automatic refund does not come through.

If you have any questions about your refund, please check the right bank account first. Send us an e-mail with your name and the order number so we can easily find anwers for you.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Can I return all goods?

Yes, you can return all goods. Also the items in the SALE. We think you should be able to try on everything and then send it back when you are not happy with the size, fit or color.

So no problem, just follow our returns procedure.

How do I return goods?

We think it's important that you feel your purchase has the right fit and the perfect look. 

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. Just let us know you want to return your order by e-mail within 15 calendar days after receiving your package. Please return them to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 28 calendar days

Make sure postage is right for a delivery to The Netherlands. No customs forms needed.

Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting.
If you want to be as sure as possible your parcel will not go missing in transit, then choose to send insured. Please be aware of the fact that the consumer holds responsability for the package to arrive with us safely.

If you are returning all ordered items we will refund the shipping costs you paid when placing the order with AZULA. 
 

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange any of the items you have ordered just place a new order for the right item. Choose the payment method 'bank transfer' and ignore the mails about the payment for this exchange item. 

On the returns form fill out that you have placed an exchange order with its ordernumber. This way we know what orders we need to settle.

As soon as we receive your returned parcel we will ship off the exchange item. If we owe you a refund this will be taken care of at the same time. If you owe us for the exchange item after settling the returned goods you will receive a separate e-mail from us with a link to make the additional payment.

 

ADVICE

what size do I have to choose?

AZULA converts all international sizes to the western European sizes (German sizes).
So a latin M is not always a German 38, or a French 40 or a UK 12.

The latin sizes do tend to run a bit smaller than we are used to. That is why we convert all sizes in our webshop. This means that some products are an 'in between' size. Too small to be a german 38 but too big to be a german 36, makes a size 36/38.
So feel free to order following your own size.

Bikini bottoms fit & cuts

Most latin brands offer latin cut bikini bottoms. This is a panty with a narrower coverage at the back. Surely not a string but narrower than the regular moderate or wide cut panties.

We are so happy to see that European women appreciate this flattering fit. It makes your bottom look smaller! And when combined with a scrunch back panel you have a perfectly shaped bottom for the summer!

How do I take care of my new purchase?

When you wear and wash your bikini with care, following instructions below, you will be able to enjoy your new purchase for several seasons.

All our swimwear comes from quality brands who use top class materials. 

Be aware of the fact that swimwear fabrics contains lycra. Lycra is quite delicate material. It will fade when not handled correctly. So please read our care instructions below.

These things harm your swimwear/lycra:

  • slides
    Running slides will damage your swimwear.  
  • rough surfaces
    Sitting and/or rubbing against textured pool decks and any rough edges can ruin the smooth and luxurious texture of your swimwear.  
  • sun protection lotions
    Sunscreen, tanning oils, and cosmetics can be harmful to swimsuits. Make sure to rinse and wash your swimwear as soon as possible if you do. 
  • detergent and softener
    Only wash your swimwear wild mild soap (for wool and silk).  The best alternative is water. Use cold or luke warm water. And do not wring your swimwear but gently squeeze it.
  • washing machines and dryers
    Wash your swimwear by hand and hang to dry in a place that is not too hot nor too sunny. 
  • chlorine
    Although quality swimwear is made from chlorine resistant materials....we know chlorine will win in the end. THe better you follow the care instructions above the longer your swimwear will stay as new.
