Returns or exchanges for AZULA


We think it's important that you feel your purchase has the right fit and the perfect look. 

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. Also items with discount or SALE items can of course be returned. 

Please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you still have the right to return the items you have bought. Within 14 calendar days after receiving the package (this is the date on which the parcel was accpeted by anyone on the shipping address. As the shipping company confirms to us) you have the right to decide to send items back to us.
  2. Send us an e-mail within 14 calendar days after recieving your package and ask for a retuncode for your return package. Mention the ordernumber and your name clearly.  
  3. You will receive your returncode within 24 hours by email.
  4. Pack the items you want to return in a secure box, envelope or bag. You may use the one you have received your order in if possible. Just make sure the items arrive with us safely and undamaged.
  5. Make sure the items are unworn, with all labels intact, free of stains or smells that will make it impossible for us to sell the article to someone else. 
  6. Print the returns form:

  7. Make sure postage is right for a delivery to The Netherlands. No customs forms needed. Please ensure that your parcel is securely sealed. 
  8. Ship your package to us (following the address on the returnsform) and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting. If you want to be as sure as possible your parcel will not go missing in transit, then choose to send insured. We send our parcels to you insured too. Please be aware of the fact that you hold responsibility for the package to arrive with us safely, according to EU law.
  9. Make sure your package arrives with us within 14 days after receiving the returncode. We will send you a confirmation of receiving your package by email. 
  10. Returns without a returncode can be refused and will be sent back without opening. 
  11. If you are returning all ordered items we will refund the shipping costs you originally paid when placing the order with AZULA. 
  12. We will refund within a few days after receiving your parcel, most of the time, the same day. Please keep in mind that it might take a few days until the refund is back in your account.

If you would like to exchange any of the items you have ordered just place a new order for the right item. Choose the payment method 'bank transfer' and ignore the mails about the payment for this exchange item. 

On the returns form fill out that you have placed an exchange order with its ordernumber. This way we know what orders we need to settle.

As soon as we receive your returned parcel we will ship off the exchange item. If we owe you a refund this will be taken care of at the same time. If you owe us for the exchange item after settling the returned goods you will receive a separate e-mail from us with a link to make the additional payment.
